Student Complaint Form

The Academic Bridge Program is dedicated to offering students a platform to voice their concerns and formally register complaints regarding any aspect of the academic program, student services, or other university processes.

This Student Complaint or Concern Form allows students to submit concerns about any area within the Academic Bridge Program for which no other specific process exists. You will receive confirmation that your complaint has been received and routed to the appropriate office for review.
