In the Classroom

The Academic Bridge Program (ABP) has small classes. The ABP seeks to keep class sizes under 18 and most classes have fewer than 14 students.

Members of the ABP faculty are not simply experts in their fields. They are caring and generous educators who are dedicated to student success. They are excited about teaching that creates dynamic student-centered classrooms. This student-centered approach to teaching and learning means that classes use a variety of methods including round-table discussions, role-plays, student presentations, labs, educational games, and extensive use of technology.

The medium of instruction at the ABP is English and the ABP encourages the use of English both inside and outside the classroom.

The ABP is a co-educational environment with male and female students.

The ABP is culturally sensitive and the ABP seeks to ensure that the customs of Qatar are respected.
